- Linda and I connected, but did no business
This agent calls me (owner of a listed home), schedules a showing, never shows up. (I have a bowl set up in the home for agents to drop their business cards and her's wasn't there!) I called her to follow up. She returns my call the next day asking me if she could schedule (a future) showing. I asked about the showing she had scheduled a day before and she goes rambling about how she got busy with some other showing and kept saying, "I don't know what happened...". (Yes, you do!!!! You got delayed and did not have the courtesy to inform). Also, reflects poor planning and time management. Very unprofessional!!!
