Linda was the most informed and communicative real estate professional I've encountered. I had a complicated investment property transaction that she successfully navigated me through. I would recommend her to anyone buying a home or investment property.

She was very professional kept on top of the sale and had.excellent advice and kept me in the loop on every prospective buyer, she told the best coaurse of action to take with it.

Linda has been a spectacular agent for me for over 15 years. She served as our agent on the purchase of a two-family property in 2003 as well as its sale in 2018. In the interim she managed the property after we moved away, securing reliable tenants for us, arranging for needed repairs, and everything else that has come up over that time (and a lot has come up). She always goes the extra mile to find creative solutions to whatever issues may arise. Linda did an excellent job selling our home. She walked us through the process and was very patient with our family. Linda is absolutely fantastic! She has helped my buy my first home as well as obtain a renter for one of my propertys.
