In 2008, I morphed into a real estate broker after spending over 20 years as an intellectual property legal recruiter. I found many skills carried over to my new adventure- including providing honest information to various parties in order for them to make educated decisions for their lives. Since buying and selling a home is a major part of most people's financial decisions in their lives, I make every effort to help clients better understand all their options and the potential consequences of each choice. I believe I entered this field at the best time to learn about the tougher requirements and processes for buying and selling in a challenging market. I have learned how to market homes more successfully and help buyers finance homes more economically with new programs.
