I've worked with Linda Williams on four deals now -- buying three properties and selling one. No matter how busy she is, she treats me like I'm her only client, and she is extremely professional and responsive. Building trust with a real estate agent is essential, and Linda has proven time and time again how dependable and resourceful she is. Her team is efficient and always on top of things, and Linda works extremely well under pressure. In my most recent deal, I had a frustrating tenant situation and a huge amount of time pressure to sell my house. Linda went above and beyond in helping me with my tenant issues, and offering help wherever she can. Her contacts for home inspection, painting, 1031 exchange, etc. were all wonderful. She's also wonderful at talking me out of anxiety and calming me down. My transaction wouldn't have been so smooth without her. Linda is stellar. I will never work with another agent as long as I'm in California.

Linda was very attentive to all details during listing process and the sale of my home. Not often do you have a realtor who lists and sells your home in 2 days. The creative way she planned the coming soon information and the one day open house to find my buyer was amazing. Whatever she committed to she always provided what was required and more. Lindas professional and positive approach to tasks such as graphics, descriptions and listing details left no room for interpretations. She offered help and direction in all areas needed. She dots each i and crosses every t.

Linda helped us purchase our "forever" home in Pleasanton, CA. We were living out of the area at the time and unable to be present for inspections. Linda was present for every (and there were several) inspection and videoed/facetimed/gave us full verbal reports. She communicated with us in a clear, timely manner and was skilled at dealing with the often-difficult sellers. She even negotiated 85K reduction of the purchase price! She was very pleasant and knowledgable to work with, and when she wasn't sure of an answer she researched and reported back. We had such a good experience with Linda that we are using her to help us sell a family property. We would definitely recommend Linda.

We worked with Linda Williams to purchase our home in Alamo. This was our third home purchase and Linda is hands down the best real estate agent we have ever had the pleasure to work with. She is trustworthy, an extremely hard worker and most importantly she is 100% reliable and keeps her word. Well after closing, Linda continued to be a valuable resource, assisting us with scheduling appointments for electricians, recommending professionals for our deck, and helping us with our home warranty. I worked with Linda from Washington state after my father passed away and I was responsible for getting his house sold. It was an awful situation, but Linda was amazing. It could have been very, very stressful to handle this transaction from long distance, but Linda took care of everything--her communication was concise, clear, and always timely and her organizational skills and execution of her sales strategy were nonpareil. In the end, my dad's house received multiple over-listing price offers on the first day of the sale, one of which we happily accepted. Escrow closed in less than a month, and that was that. It is hard to put into words how incredible our experience was with Linda. She was recommended to us by a friend. We spoke to several agents but as soon as we met her we knew she was the person we wanted to work with. She is the perfect balance of personable and professional. She felt like family while we worked alongside her and our kids adored her. There are many agents in the area but you cannot find one that is as qualified as Linda!
