This one of the top experiences we have had with realtors. We are a military family that likes to buy houses each place we move so we have used a few realtors. We lived in the same neighborhood as this couple and knowing we would be moving soon I paid particular attention to them as realtors. I noticed many of their homes in the neighborhood sold quickly - some quicker than other realtors, they were involved with their neighborhood such as organizing a neighborhood watch and having the meetings at their home and running for the HOA board. They really seemed to care for their neighborhood and community while putting family first. Once we asked them to be our realtors we found a whole other level of greatness - they are hard workers and we felt like we were the only thing on their to-do list even though they had other homes and family activities. We had a few hiccups in the road and were on a long road trip close to the end of the sale of the home and they were able to get us through it all in a timely manner. We truly felt they were on our side and helping us along the way. If we were staying in the area I would have used them to purchase our next home also
