I had a terrific experience with Linnsie. She is a delightful person with a positive attitude, is diligent and hard working. She has lots of tools in her tool box, most of which are electronic, resulting in great coverage. I am confident that our home sold much quicker with Linnsie than it could have with a different agent.

We are a military family that have finally been able to settle down after moving once a year for 8 years. Linnsie popped up in our search using this website and we met with her to look at a few homes. We really enjoyed her great attitude and professionalism at first. We trusted her and felt she was the right person to work with to help us find a forever home. Well she showed us a home and it not only helped us but it helped another family get out of a home quick. We did the walk through and specifically asked if the sellers planned on keeping all the appliances in the home when they left. She said they planned on keeping them all in the home. GREAT, right?! Well fast forward a month and I sell all of my appliances, expecting to walk into our new home with appliances and what do you know, we walk in to find no fridge, no washer and dryer and parts of the stove are missing. Now the law in Texas says this is legal for the sellers to do, fine but why is it when we asked Linnsie multiple times did she promise this and it not happen? In the end she couldn’t work with both the sellers and buyers so she linked us with an old realtor buddy who did a good job but she is now ignoring our calls and texts as well as his. Realtors should be honest and we as buyers should trust in these people. We ended up spending money we didn’t expect to spend to replace these appliances, all because Linnsie. I’m very disappointed. It is all in principle and people should to do the right and honest thing. If anything we walked away never truly trusting a realtor for their word again. It must all be on paper. Even worse, when the contract came around I asked if the appliance wording meant ALL appliances and she yet again agreed that we would get all appliances. We did end up with a beautiful home and will be fine and I would much rather write a compliment but my husband and I are quite bothered by what happen and wanted to share our experience.
