Lisa Anderson began her Real Estate career in 1994 as an Investor. An Attorney in Northern Virginia taught Lisa how to buy VA Foreclosures and sell them with Owner Financing through a Contract for Deed. She left a long Corporate Career; from Xerox to Pitney Bowes Manement Services and ventured full time into Real Estate Investing and Trading Stock Options. This started in Washington DC and the Northern Virginia Markets as that is where I lived and worked! Real Estate changes more often than most types of Businesses and so the relocation to Tampa 1996 with her Husband Tom and two children began a new page. Continued investment purchases here in the Brandon area offered and exciting lower cost real estate and many opportunities. Most importantly Lisa realized that she was naturally helping other Home Owners and Investors buy, sell and rent homes with more efficiency. In 2004 Lisa Anderson got her Realtor designation to officially offer what is referred to as Retail Real Estate Services. No more behind the scenes advice and opened Lisa Marie Anderson, P.A. in 2005 with great Success.
