We hired Lisa in October of 2014 to both sell our home and help us find our dream home. I knew Lisa socially and heard nothing but great reviews of her, along with the fact that one of my best friends married her daughter, we figured she was the right choice for us. There was a lot of correspondence before we finally had her to come to the house to give us her opinion. Now keep in mind, we had tried to sell previously and we had no luck at all, not a single showing in 5 months, so we didn't have our hopes up. When she showed up she had a lot of great things to say about the house and some wonderful , constructive criticism as well, which we took to heart. We followed her every word on what to do to the house and for a minimal investment, we had our house ready to sell in about a week. When we listed, Lisa was great with the information, making sure we understood and were aware of everything, simply a lady who knows her business, inside and out. Our house was on the market for 4 DAYS and we had a contract in hand. During that 4 day span, we had 5 showings and a couple offers, we were blown away. Now it was time to find our dream home. Lisa listened to everything we said and really took our interests, along with our budget, to heart. She came up with some great houses to show and really made us feel like we were a priority, making herself available at all hours of the day ( and I mean all hours; I would email at 4 am and get a response right back) she is the epitome of dedicated. We found our house and the rest is history. She made sure we were comfortable, informed and happy in all aspects of the process and she is, quite simply, the best real estate agent in the country, perhaps the world. She will always be a part of our family because of this experience, even my 4 year old still asks about "miss Lisa". Make the right decision, Lisa Behr is the only real estate agent I will ever use,
