Lisa Braunreiter

Lisa Braunreiter worked for Exp Realty and was our real estate agent due to my company relocating me and my family to Tucson AZ. We noticed she didn’t have a good understanding or knowledge of areas outside of Tucson as well as taxes, HOA’s and school districts. At first she was ok, but after a month of looking she became impatient to the point where she started pushing us into homes and seemed to stop listening to our wants and needs. We would ask questions about the different counties and HOA’s for neighborhoods and she just didn’t know. Most of the questions we asked Lisa we found out on our own. Which is why you want a knowledgeable realtor. Especially since she’s been a realtor for over 13 years, or so she said. Bottom line, we were not happy with her and wished we would have either fired her or asked for another realtor. She caused us a lot of stress and money, which is a whole other matter. I’ve been seriously considering getting a attorney for damages mostly for misrepresenting us, her clients. I did contact Arizona Real Estate Commision.
