Lisa is fantastic. We were from out of the area. Lisa was very accommodating in regard to being available to show us homes on the days we were in town. Her knowledge of the surrounding area and even of specific neighborhood details was very helpful. She continually provided us with new listings that fit our criteria and price range, even as those things changed somewhat on our end. It's clear that Lisa is highly skilled and loves what she does. We interviewed five different real estate agents before choosing Lisa. She met all of our expectations and more as our agent and became a friend in the process. Through all the ups and downs of showing and selling our home, she was always encouraging, provided wise counsel, and kept things moving forward even when we were out of town for a three-week vacation. We worked with Lisa for nearly a year trying to find just the right house in a difficult, fast moving market with a very low inventory. We went into escrow on one lovely property only to have that deal fall apart over property condition. Despite all of us being disappointed, Lisa jumped right back in and found an off the market house, not even listed, that ended up being just right for us.Throughout our time working together, Lisa was simply outstanding to work with and we recommend her highly. Despite her being a busy agent, we always felt as if we were her only clients. She always had time for us returning phone calls and emails extremely promptly and staying on top of the details. Lisa is fabulous! We highly recommend her expertise. She is super responsive, and always fair. She knows the North County of SLO very well. Her demeanor is so sweet and kind, we feel like she has been a friend for a long time.

Lisa showed us multiple houses including some that just got put on the market. We found a house we liked and started the longest escrow you could imagine. This is my fourth time going through the process of buying or selling a property, and Lisa Lewis is among the best agents I have worked with. She kept us informed about listings that matched our criteria, and she was very patient as my wife and I looked (and looked AND looked) for a home we like. No pressure. And on the few instances when she could not handle a situation herself, she has an able associate (Josh, also an agent) who stepped in to help. Lisa was excellent to work with. She was very responsive, patient while I decided what type of home I wanted to buy and then as soon as we found the right one she helped me through every step of the mortgage and escrow process. Lisa made things extremely easy as far as communication she was able to respond by text almost immediately when I contacted her and she sent all the documents and reference information to me by email so I could review it wherever I was. With my work schedule its nearly impossible for me to get to meetings during the day so she came to me when necessary and was extremely flexible offering evening and weekend appointments when needed.After closing, the sellers didnt come through on a few of the promises theyd made and Lisa made it right for me even though the sale was complete. Months later shes kept in touch on a regular basis to make sure things are still going smoothly. I wouldnt hesitate to work with Lisa again and would recommend her to anybody who is looking to buy or sell their home.

I dont live in San Luis Obispo County, so I wasnt sure who to contact. After reading other positive reviews on Lisa, I decided to get in touch with her with some preliminary questions regarding an undeveloped parcel. She was extremely helpful and very responsive, and she provided me valuable information. Thank you, Lisa.

After interviewing a number of agents my siblings and I decided to hire Lisa to sell our estate. I do not live on the central coast and I appreciated that Lisa always either answered the phone or quickly got back to me . As a seller, I felt that Lisa did a good job of representing our interest. A number of unexpected repairs were needed and with her contacts she was able to resolve our issues relatively inexpensively . It is a costly prospect selling property using Realtors but I feel that with Lisa, we got our moneys worth.If you are a seller I would highly recommend using Lisa. She works hard at what she does and she knows the terrain well.

Lisa was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we will be recommending her to all of our friends in the area as well. My wife and I interviewed a handful of different realtors in San Luis Obispo County (including some of the top sellers), and Lisa stood out to us for a couple different reasons: 1) first and foremost, she is a great person with a down to earth personality (she never seemed like she was too busy to be meeting with us or pushy at all), 2) she came more prepared than all of the other realtors with a packet on advertising and comps for our home (and her recommended listing values was 20-30k above the other realtors.and it sold her for recommended listing!), and 3) she told us she would be available any time to answer any questions (and she was and never seemed annoyed with all of our little questions).Like I said before, she ended up selling our house (and we got multiple offers) for 20-30k above what the other realtors wanted to list it. She was communicative and pleasant to work with throughout the entire process (something I cannot say about one of the other top sellers in SLO County that we worked with previously). You work directly with her and not with one of her office staff (again, like a previous experience we had with another top seller in SLO County). In short (in case you only read this first sentence) Lisa Lewis is AMAZING! I would absolutely recommend her to family, friend, or stranger!!! The housing market can be a bit stressful and many aspects of real estate are confusing and uncertain But Lisa was personable, positive, professional, punctual, proactive; all the good Ps you can think of! She offered clarity, was always very communicative and made certain every T was crossed and every I was dotted (unfortunately not all real estate professionals are this way, even with years of experience). She has been successful in this industry for quite a while, and now I know why! I didnt know her before our purchase, but I am so glad I stumbled upon her name online and took a chance. If you do the same, you wont regret it!

The house that we just sold through Lisa, was the quickest and easiest transaction of this type that we have experienced. At the end of our first walk through of the house, she had already done her research and came up with a price for the house. She said that we should list the house for this price, and it would probably sell for a slightly lower price. We listed the house for the price she recommended and it ended up selling for what she predicted it would, almost to the dollar. From the beginning, she was positive that she would sell our house. Other realtors that we interviewed, were skeptical and estimated a much lower selling price. She submitted all paperwork to us in a timely manner and was submitted promptly. She listened to our concerns and advised us on what not to worry about. In signing her up, I requested a 30 day agreement, because on a previous house that we sold, we got stuck for 90 days with a lazy, non performing agent. She was not concerned because, as she said, she would probably have our house sold in 30 days. She was not boastful, but quietly confident that she could sell our house in that time period.All in all, we couldnt be happier that we chose Lisa as our realtor. She was friendly, unpretentious, possessed a lot of knowledge of the market, and of the region. The entire process was amazingly easy. I would definitely use Lisa again and would recommend to anyone that has a house to sell or buy in the region, to consider her
