As an out of town buyer it is difficult to fine a real estate professional to help find a home. I interviewed several looking for local knowledge and who was interested in making sure I could find exactly what I was looking for and it quickly became apparent I should choose Lisa Murray. We had talked about what I was looking for in a house and what area I was interested living in. Lisa zeroed in quickly on both and when I flew into the area to look at homes it didnt take very long before I had a couple to choose from. She expertly guided me through the offer process and we quickly came to an offer agreeable to both sides. One of the most pleasurable house purchases I have ever made was the purchase of my present home. Lisa made it all go so smoothly. I met the sellers, a lovely couple and was made to feel that this home would be a home for us and it was and is! John has since passed but he loved this home. When I told Lisa we wanted an electric stove instead of gas because we found we both had left burners on accidentally, Lisa not only facilitated the exchange, she gave us a fire extinguisher for the kitchen!
