Lisa Richmond

    • Lisa Richmond makes the difference. The guy next door got $400,000 as-is for a house potentially worth more than ours. With some sprucing up Lisa got us $490,500! Seriously. & no contingencies (things an owner must usually pay for after the inspection thing). Lisa could have probably even gotten us more, but it was an inherited property that we wanted done quicklyand quick in this instance was the blink of an eye. Even more importantly, the loss of a loved one who has left assets and property to be sorted out can be rife with drama. Lisa gets it. First and last, shes a people person.

    • From the moment I made contact with Lisa, I felt that my best interest was at heart from her. She took the time to listen carefully to my specific desires in buying a home, and she diligently worked to find homes that fit the description. She was available, and I never felt rushed while viewing homes. In my opinion, Lisa went above and beyond to ensure I had multiple options to choose from. She was very knowledgeable of the area, and always made me feel comfortable that information she was sharing with me was researched. Buying a home is a huge life decision, and was happy to have Lisa be part of that. I also recommended her to a friend. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking to purchase a home, and when and if the time comes for me to sell, Lisa will be the realtor I use.
