Then Liz listened very carefully to my needs and helped me look at several new places to purchase and again took the lead to make the sale move along smoothly. Extremely! Liz was very knowledgeable of the area. She spent a lot of time with us explaining everything. She had us make necessary changes to our house that were key to showing the house rather than our decorations. She was there from start to finish. Nothing fell through the cracks. The house sold quickly and for a great price! I would highly recommend Liz.

Liz was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with! We worked with Liz to sell my 95 year old Aunt's Townhouse. Liz has an amazing knowledge of the area, the market, reasonable/realistic pricing, and how to stage to show homes at their best! Liz arranged for necessary repairs and upgrades that really helped to get the best price for the home! Liz was very attentive and gave so much personal support to my Aunt! I would have Liz sell any home I ever had to sell and would feel more than confident that she would match me with the PERFECT home if I were purchasing!

5 Stars all the way! Liz sold our condo in Redondo Beach several months ago. My wife posted a very positive review several days after we closed escrow. However, I want to add to that review. At that time, we sold our condo in the Southbay to buy a home a far distance away. So, due to the distance, we were not able to use Liz on our subsequent purchase transaction. I wish we could have! I realize now more than ever how incredibly efficient, professional and excellent Liz was for our Redondo Beach sell transaction. First of all, Liz protects her client above all else, yet, because she knows her market area so well, she also guides her client with an expertise with no hassles, and no..'just get it done attitude' like so many agent's have. She went above and beyond looking out for our interest, yet, had the professionalism and knowledge to even help the buyer's agent to make the transaction smooth and hassle free. The end result was that both sides were happy after the close of escrow, with no lingering adverse effect. Thank you Liz!!!.
