This was the second time in 2 years that Ive had the pleasure of working with Liz, the first being the sale of my mothers home. Our experience with Liz in selling our own home was equally great. At the outset, she thoroughly explained the entire process from getting comps to set a selling price all the way through to closing the sale. Her resource people that help with staging and photos are also very talented and know how to make a home look good to market it. While we did hit a bump in the road near the end of the process, Liz had correctly anticipated its possibility and prepared us for it way in advance. We were very satisfied with the outcome.
