I hired Lizzeth to help me sell my property and I must say it was a horrible headache experience. Absolutely no communication, and no effort to help me sell my home. Since the beginning it took her one week to come and put the lock on my door, open house flyers are still left standing outside my community and it has been 2 months since then. Very irresponsible, all calls that were interested in my property were sent directly to voicemail, including mine. It took her 2 weeks to answer the appraisal as they could not get ahold of her. Title got delayed and closing date was changed due to no communication. I had to confirm my own closing date because she did not care. Yesterday 07/14/2021 was closing date and she did not show up to represent me and haven’t heard absolutely nothing from her. PLEASE FIND YOURSELF ANOTHER REALTOR THAT IS NOT MONEY HUNGRY AND ACUTALLY CARES ABOUT HELPING YOU! Contraté a Lizzeth para que me ayudara a vender mi propiedad y debo decir que fue una experiencia horrible con dolor de cabeza. Absolutamente ninguna comunicación y ningún esfuerzo para ayudarme a vender mi casa. Desde el principio, le tomó una semana venir y poner la cerradura en mi puerta, los voletos de puerta abierta aún suigen afuera de mi comunidad y han pasado 2 meses desde entonces. Muy irresponsable, todas las llamadas que estaban interesadas en mi propiedad fueron enviadas directamente al buzón de voz, incluido el mío, al último me vino textiando de otro número desconocido. Le tomó 2 semanas en responder a la tasación, ya que no pudieron localizarla. El título se retrasó y la fecha de cierre se cambió debido a que no hubo comunicación. Yo tuve que confirmar mi propia fecha de cierre porque a ella no le importó. Ayer 14/07/2021 era la fecha de cierre y ella no se presentó para representarme (se supone Poreso la contrate) y asta ahorita no he sabido absolutamente nada de ella. POR FAVOR ENCUÉNTRESE A OTRA REALTOR QUE NO TIENE HAMBRE DE DINERO Y QUE SE PREOCUPE EN AYUDARLO.
