It was great working with Harrison Reynolds as he was always very attentive and listened to my wants and needs for a home. We looked at many and discussed them even to the point of my own life style to ensure the amount of square footage would be suitable as well as the location though other homes were considered but if not sure i was wasn't really happy and we moved on. He answered all my questions and kept me informed. Thanks for the professionalism and good humor.

To whom it may concern: I called this morning and stated my heat was not working. Trudy said that she would send a link but instead just repeated what we spoke on the phone, to log onto site and file a claim. I logged on again but no link. I called the emergency number when I did not get a response to my text. I was told that the system to file claim was down but a call would be made to me so stay by the phone. I received a call and answered and no one replied and stayed quite and hung up. I called directly back. My phone shows no missed calls but one 14 second call which it takes 23 to get to my voicemail. So I called the emergency 7 times and still have not gotten a call back and all I get told is someone is going to call quickly. Now it is 8:30 at night and I had to send my son away because it is to cold for him in here. I called for the 8th time and spoke to the manager who stated an order was never put on and it was after hours and it is not that cold so I would have to wait. I informed her I was going to forward communications today with the owner and she stated my lease States I can not. So I sent a message in a group message informing my friends i could not contact owner legally and what happened to me and the owners contact information and told them I could not inform him of the poorly ran management company he is listed with. icebox
