I worked with Lonny to purchase my first home. I had no experience with home buying or anything and she helped with me every step of the process. She listened to what I wanted in my home and gave me a very wide selection of homes to look at and choose from. She explained the closing process in detail and always answered any questions I might have. She was available day and night as I have a crazy schedule being a firefighter. She would always return text or calls by the end of the day with detailed and valuable information. I knew I was getting a fair price on my home as she has been buying and selling property for many years. The seller below states that there was miscommunication on what was to be performed, but there was none. We clearly stated what we wanted and when it was not done to our satisfaction, we asked for it to be rectified in a fair manner. She was fully prepared to answer any question and with any details anyone needed the entire process. She is very detail oriented and when we were going to do the final walk through, we had to wait 15 minutes for the seller's agent to arrive with the keys that were supposed to be left for us to walk through. Lonnie is the BEST realtor I could have ever wished for. She’s the only one I’ve ever had because she handles so many different areas of real estate so well. She single handedly helped me rent my condo out to a tenant, sell that same condo, then helped me buy my first new house (all three had their respective set of challenges to navigate).
