Originally licensed in 1996, I began my real estate career in the Tampa/Pinellas County Florida area working under one of the larger brokers in the area. Home buyers were my primary focus at the time. My family and I relocated to the Gainesville/High Springs area in 2004 and I began working with a nationally franchised real estate brokerage. There I began working with both buyers and sellers. Because of my experience there, I decided to branch out on my own so I could offer choices that I felt both buyers and sellers deserved in today's real estate market. So, in the fall of 2005, I opened my own independently owned and operated real estate brokerage.
