Lori is a class act. She has someone help the seller prepare the property so that it shows in the best way possible. The title company with whom she works is also excellent. We sold a property in another state. We selected her as our realtor long distance. She took the time to answer all of our questions on the telephone and was very knowledgeable. We were able to meet with her in person at the time we put the property on the market. After that all dealings were done on the telephone and via e-mail including the closing. While the property was on the market she sent us weekly updates as well as feedback from each prospective buyer. We always felt comfortable and secure as Lori kept us informed and we knew what to expect.

It will be difficult to fully express and communicate in email the amount of gratitude we have for you and your team to pull the rabbit out of the hat and to have everything come together as it did. There were so many moving parts and dependencies with just our scenario, I could not even begin to imagine how you find the time and relax.You and your team have helped us make a leap in the way our family operates and functions in every way on a daily basis in our new home. It was bittersweet to move from the smaller townhome, but we now have the more options and possibilities that come along with the additional space for indoor / outdoor family activities, a dining room to have more family gather around the table, and a home office to work from rather than be detached by the downtown commute for the long hours of the day.Also to let you know we did indeed receive the gift cards. They were certainly a pleasant surprise mixed within the other mail to confirm address changes. We are looking forward to an evening of using them soon.
