I have been helping families in the Northern Nevada area since 2005 and it inspires me to do more. It began when I took a position, working with children on the Autism spectrum, as a Behavior Therapist and worked my way up to a Behavior Consultant. I worked in child progression, team training, program development and parent training. These organizational and personal development skills I bring to real estate. I communicate the buying and selling process to each of my clients so they feel secure in the choices they are making. I educate them and provide resources that will help them before, during and after a transaction. I also make it my personal goal that each client is motivated and rewarded for choosing me. Real estate equals relationships not sales.
