I was shopping for a new home last summer in the Hollister area. I had been pre approved, had a broker/agent, just had to find a house that I wanted. My girl friend and I would look at the listings of available homes for sale daily. On the week ends we would go out and look at these places. Where was my agent? who was supposed to be helping with the search. Turns out she decided to go on vacation without letting me know. See you!!!So I went to another broker/agent, did all the prequal stuff again and started the search again.This agent started off well showing us some houses some good,some bad.The problem now was low inventory,lots of buyers, and,investors offering cash downpayments It seemed any house we made an offer on we got out bid.I was about to give up.On a long Saturday of house searching we looked at our tenth and final home on our agenda. The house was beautiful and very modern from the outside .Lori was outside and asked.us to come inside and have a look around. My girlfriend and I both knew this was the house we had been searching for.We talked to Lori and made an offer on the house.I agreed to use her and her broker and the next day we were signing papers for the agreement to purchase the home.Lori seemed to have the ability to make things happen so fast and stress free.She is and always will be our "Home Angel" Thank Again Lori
