Lori listed and sold my home
Sheri maximized the sale for the seller that she represented, but it should be known that her communications with the buyer and buyer’s agent were not professional nor respectful. From our experience, Sheri was willing to make the biggest sale regardless of the damage done in the process. The seller had no experience with selling a home and Sheri leveraged that. In our specific situation, there were concerns about plumbing and a roof that were identified during the home inspection. Instead of participating in a respectful give and take, Sheri obtained estimates for the minimal possible ‘fix’ (bandaid) and upon our counter and expressing concerns, reminded us that there was another offer presented – implying a threat that our options were to take the minimum or back out of the sale. It was also made known during the process that the Seller was aware of these issues with the home prior to listing, but Sheri argued that this knowledge was not of “defects,” just issues. In addition, Sheri’s representation damaged a personal relationship that we had with the seller. Our questions were presented as though we were mistrusting instead of just as relevant questions. I would not recommend Sheri as a Realtor. While she technically gets the job done, it is without concern as to what damage is done in the process. There are many Realtor’s available that will do the right thing instead of solely chase the dollar.

She works with these emotions to make suggestions on how to improve the homes to make them sell better without hurting your feelings.
