Lori was amazing from start to finish! I called her in a whirlwind ready to sale my house yesterday. She met me the same day. She helped us stage our home (we stripped Christmas before Christmas). She hired a professional photographer to take pictures. We had a showing two hours after the house went on the market, the next day we had four showings and a full price offer. Lori wisely told us that we had some time not to jump on that offer. The next day we had five showings and an above price offer. I thought that only happened on HGTV! Lori kept us calm through all of the inspections and when things were a bit stressful she said, "This is just real estate it is completely normal, I will tell you when and if you need to panic." We were closed within a month of putting our house on the market. If I ever choose to sell again she will be my very first call or text. We love Lori!

If you are looking for an agent, just stop looking. Lori is amazing, does everything you ask. She knows so much about the market, where to buy. She has the answer for most questions, if she does not know, she finds it. One of best qualities was her willingness to do "her homework", meaning she does not just give the answer... she tells you the WHY. I really could go on and on. Just give her 5 minutes on the phone and you will see how great she is. I now live in my dream home, exactly where I wanted and for less then I was willing to pay. Lori is my flower in a desert of real estate. Can you tell I liked her? Oh by the way, she looked for our home with us for almost 1 year.
