We interviewed several real estate agents before deciding to list our Lincoln ranch land with Scott and Lori Schultz. Scott made some good suggestions on getting the property ready for sale and was very upfront with his evaluation. We felt comfortable with his suggested marketing plans and were able to add our suggestions on text, pictures, etc. Lori kept us informed of any interest and helped with suggestions when contracts were presented. They guided us through some hiccups and once we had our final contract, Lori kept us informed of any issues and helped us with appropriate responses. Lori worked hard to get the contract to closing and was always prompt in her responses to us. Scott and Lori did a great job getting our property sold.

This past spring my son in Afghanistan decided he wanted to purchase some investment property in Georgetown. I was his power of attorney and therefore did the purchasing. Lori was referred to me by my local realtor.I had just bought a house myself a year earlier and was kind of in the loop of what to expect. I went in hesitant and cautious about using a new realtor.Lori was very personal from the get go. My daugher was the one to live in the house, so she was the one who ultimately picked out the house. She listened to our needs and price limitations and showed us only homes that were within those parameters. Within a day she had a list of homes for us to look at. She sat down with us and showed us the list. After discussing locations, sizes, prices, etc. we were able to eliminate certain homes, thus saving us an incredible amount of time and travel, as we lived out of town. As it turned out, we purchased about the third house we looked at and we only had to look at about five or six.Lori was such a joy to work with. She is very knowledgable and hard working. If she didnt know the answer to the question, she found it out. Working with military requirements and POA was new to me and was quite tricky and I was unaware of how it all went down. Lori was persistent in getting the right information and making the sale happen.I never felt pressured by her to buy something I wasnt interested in or paying more money than I was comfortable with. I really think Lori went way beyond the call of duty in every aspect. I sometimes had to either text or call her late in the evening with a question or some information and she always answered immediately. There were times when I had to reschedule at the last minute and Lori would rearrange her schedule to accommodate. I was never surprised by any hidden cost or unexpected fee.I would without a doubt recommend Lori as a realtor. She has an incredible personality. She is a pleasant, kind-spirited woman with a good heart. She is knowledgeable about her field and I really feel she genuinely cares for her clients.

In the middle of our house search we had to regroup. We knew we had to find the right agent with the right fit and that agent had to be on top of everything.
