Very professional and helpful
- Lorraine and I connected, but did no business
I tried to purchase a commercial lot in Mulberry Fl and inquired online. Mr. Hans called me to tell me he owned the property, even though records showed different. He referred me to Lorraine Castro, his agent. I talked to Mrs. Castro and it seemed to be a great conversation. I asked her about ownership of the property but she denied even knowing the listed owner. They rushed to get me to sign a purchase agreement that was different than the 1st and there was also an additional document. After I contacted the original owner on Facebook, thier stories started changing about the ownership of the property. Mrs Castro and Mr Hans have not refunded my deposit and continue to stall. MR Castro has also lied about mailing me a refund twice. Do not do business with either of these people. They will take your money at the very least, but will try to scam you into a wholesale purchase agreement, while you think you just buying it from the owner. Very very shady
