I met Louie thru an old friend at a time when I was toying with the idea of selling my place. I was glad I met him, my place closed a couple of months ago - if it weren't for Louie dealing with a shady Property Management I was thinking the sale might fall thru. He was professional, did whatever he said he would do or contact etc, and a very punctual nice guy. Keller Williams' office is convenient to get to with lots of parking and shops, but Louie made a point to meet where was convenient for me, especially at my condo so I could update him on changes, etc. he was helpful in giving tips for decorating and anything needing a toolbox, contractor etc. The sale of my unit turned out to be a very challenging transaction but Louie handled everything unless I the owner was needed

I don't normally write reviews, give feedback or "stay on the line" to answer 5 quick questions about my experience, however, I really want to share a brief story about my experience with Louie Khoury. If you are reading this you are likely searching for a realtor or trying to decide if Louie Khoury is the right fit for you and your real estate transaction. Well, we count ourselves blessed because we didn't find him, he found us and from that day forward he put in 200% every single moment. The sale of our house came with several tricky complications including a challenging market, shortened escrow period, county records that required correction, discrepancies with utility providers and cloudy title issues to name a few but that didn't detour him one bit. In fact, when it seemed very unlikely we were going to be successful in overcoming these setbacks, he continuously reassured us we would succeed. Prior to meeting Louie, we worked with several other realtors and none of them even came close to his level of determination and creativity. In fact, he stepped in at the end of a failed attempt from our previous broker, immediately made several suggestions to improve our marketing strategy and provided incite to several untapped markets. Throughout the process he was very responsive and prompt at returning our inquiries and extremely thorough and knowledgeable with current laws and requirements making it a smooth transaction. All said and done, we received MORE than we could ask for AND ahead of schedule. It truly was a pleasure to work with him and I would HIGHLY recommend his service and expertise to anyone!

He's good at protecting his clients with the knowledge and resources he has. That shows during helping me purchase a property in San Francisco that is tenant occupied. He helped me find out the options I could have by talking to attorney he knows. I will highly recommend him to my friends due to his honesty and expertise.

His detail oriented mentality and practice prevented the things fall through the crack and his people skills make everyone involved fell comfortable throughout process. Louie is just completely fantastic. He gives you everything he has and is just amazing! Even though we only had a studio worth practically pennies in the Bay Area he treated my husband and I as if we were selling a multimillion dollar place. His knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile really made our experience. We never felt pressured to do anything and he took time to answer all our questions and you just know that whatever advice he gives you is in your best interest. If we are in need of a realtor again we will call up Louie without hesitation and have recommended him to everyone we know.
