As many others we (me and my family of 4) were in market looking for buying our first home and had many questions as first time buyer. We are glad that we had Luana as our realtor who in our first meet itself helped us answer our questions and spent considerable time understanding our needs, This was really important to us as we needed a realtor who can look for homes that we need and not just sell us a home from the stockpile.She was never pushy to get a contract signed as her realtor but made sure that we understand the limitations and provided much knowledge and guidance. Luana was thoroughly professional and guided us in all the steps throughout the home buying process starting with putting up an offer, all the way to the end of the Closing process. Being a first-time home-buyer, we had lots of questions. Luana patiently & satisfactorily answered all of them and always ensured she attended to our calls any time of the day. What stood out to me was - she was always on top of the things and in our offer she even negotiated for the seller to pay for first year's home warranty - something which I had not even asked for or anticipated.
