Luann is an excellent agent and really goes to bat for her buyers. She is a skilled and bold negotiator and her advice is invaluable to her buyers. As first time home buyers, we were new to the process of buying a home and needed help learning the ropes. Luann was very accommodating and explained the ins and outs of buying a home to us in great detail. She was extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and homes in Canton and Holly Springs and even helped steer us away from certain properties that most likely would have become a bad investment for us. We looked at probably 50 different homes and Luann was always very patient with us and never pressured or pushed us to do anything we didn't want to do. We were in the market for foreclosures and Luann was always very quick to submit offers on our behalf for these properties that vanished off the market quickly. We finally found a home that we loved in April of 2010 and Luann helped us make a very competitive offer on this foreclosed property and win it. Beyond the skills that Luann possesses as an experienced realtor, she is also very energetic and fun to be around.
