I knew I wanted to work with Lucy as soon as we first spoke on the phone!She was extremely flexible and worked with my crazy schedule. When we were able to meet in person she was so well prepared and organized which continued throughout the listing and selling process. I was selling my house under somewhat sensitive circumstances, and she was able to work through it effectively and sell my house with the best results. As soon as I signed to work with Lucy, I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING. She was there for the staging, walk-throughs, inspections and of course the open houses. Lucy has a good team behind her also, the stagers she scheduled did an amazing job, I almost thought I was making a mistake listing my house. Without Lucy I honestly don't think I would have been able to sell my house as quickly as we did. I felt so relieved knowing she was taking care of things because she truly was on top of hers and everyone else's game.As we work towards purchasing a new home, Lucy has been so responsive to all my many text messages and emails. She thoroughly explains all the steps and everything she its doing along the way. Lucy was amazing! From the start she walked me through each step of my home sale. Her vision and presentation when we met made it obvious she was the right choice. Selling and buying a home can be stressful. It is so important to have someone you trust by your side that can help reduce the stress and keep things on track. Lucy is an amazing realtor! This year, Lucy helped me sell my first home in Pleasanton that was currently an investment property. Her creative approach, cosmetic suggestions and staging was perfect. She uses a top notch photographer and puts together a fantastic marketing plan! All her efforts brought in multiple offers, all well above asking. With the profit from the sale, I used it to purchase two new rental properties. This involved a strategic approach with a 1031 exchange to minimize any potential capital gains. The home search itself was exhausting as is typical in the Bay Area...but Lucy was always upbeat. There are strict deadlines with the exchange and Lucy helped keep everything on track with my exchange company and lender to ensure things went through smoothly. I will say, there were significant speed bumps along the way with appraisals, lenders and listing agents/sellers with both purchases but Lucy is one tough cookie and got me everything I wanted. Honestly, I was really sad when the final sale closed because I have really enjoyed working with Lucy for the past 4 months. From the time we met to review listing my home... to closing on two new rental properties. She always made me feel like I was her only client because of how attentive she was to me. The truth is, I know she has lots of clients because I follow her on Facebook and see how busy she is :) but somehow she made me feel like I was her only one. It took no time for her to get a solid sense of what I was looking for in my desired home, and was patient as I worked through the relatively low inventory until I found something to my liking. She was attentive, proactive and provided important counsel throughout the process to ensure I was offering an offer that was practical and competitive. During the financing, she was on top of every detail, including interceding with my loan broker and lender as some administrative challenges developed after they dropped the ball. I'm certain that had Lucy not been as engaged as she was, and advocated for her client, this sale likely would have fallen through. I've not had Lucy represent me in a home sale, but will definitely be calling her when/if the time comes!

I have to say if it wasn't for Lucy we would not have gotten our perfect house. We were first time home buyers with a lot of questions and many concerns. Lucky for us we had Lucy who would explain in great detail all of the processes and what to expect. We met Lucy thru one of my coworkers recommendation. We told Lucy our budget and the type of house we were interested in. We looked for thirteen days and found our perfect home. We put in an offer and Lucy kept in close contact with the selling agent plus made our offer very personal and appealing to the seller. We closed in 21 days and we are currently moving into our home now. Lucy made the process painless and her upbeat personality made the transaction easy. I love that on the day we got the keys she came over with the keys took lots of pictures and was kind enough to give a beautiful personalized keychain and beautiful tray to display. Lucy came to us with a presentation of what she could do for us, with a specific timeline and communication strategy. She already had buyers in mind and when we had the first offer, she had already negotiated the deal without us having to renegotiate. She had everyone's best interests in mind. Lucy was great! We just bought our first home and Lucy made it simple for us. Buying a home especially the first one can be intimidating and Lucy really walked us through every aspect of it and was always available to talk or arrange a showing for us or multiple times when we wanted other family members to see the homes as well.
