Luis is THE BEST!! What patience, knowledge and he is soooo helpful! No matter how many times I need to see places in the building, or visit again one I was interested in, Luis was always there almost immediately. He is super knowledgeable in the process and his years of experience in the business shows. He was able to negotiate the price down on a condo where the seller had initially said to not even bring him an offer below the asking price. He helped me find an excellent mortgage broker and even with an out of town seller we were able to close in 45 days! That was due to his staying very close to the process along the way. Furthermore, he helped me find a contractor to re-do the entire condo and acted as my translator and negotiator there too! What a P-R-O-F-E-S-S-I-O-N-A-L!!
