Well, my family speaks Portuguese and they are still learning English but the language barrier was no problem for us to work together. I could see that he really wants to help because he made sure if we where doing the best choice based on our pocket. This guy does not shy away from hard work. We were not the easiest clients, having many parameters to be met, but this did not phase Luis. He also did not push us to the high end of our budget just to increase his take. Honest is hard to find in this game, you'll get that with Mr. Rodriguez. Highly recommended
