She is very knowledgeable about her job, friendly and makes sure she meets your need. She did a great helping me to buy my house. I recommend anybody who want to buy a house of your own choice.....please!! get Lyndi and you will never regret.

Where do I even begin. If I can rate zero stars I would. Lyndi seemed professional all though out our lease. If we needed maintenance to come by they usually came within a week. The downfall was after we had left the state. We were prior military and was ETS’ing out the military. We noticed a month after we left we had not received our security deposit ( I agreed for Lyndi to take some money from the security deposit to clean the carpet and professionally clean the home). Any whoooo, my husband and I tried to text her and call the management company with no returned phone calls. It was only when we called with blocking our phone numbers where the management company will pick up the phone ** STRANGE** Then came February of this year when we had to hire our lawyer to figure out what was going on with our security deposit back. She charged us for a blind that was already “broken” , a patch on the carpet that was missing in the master bedroom before we moved in which she was aware about . Out of the 1300 security deposit we was left with 200+. Let’s move along to now. My family and I are trying to rent a house and since she was our last landlord they had to get verification from her. She spewed that we “destroy “ the house and had receipt of “damages”. It seems that she has bad feelings that we had to hire a lawyer to get our deposit back which she had no intentions to do so. The only thing I did was patched up holes on had a painted heart in the kids room. Which they have paint for in the garage which they could’ve easily painted over . But I forgot to add, we also got charged for paint and a painting fee in our security deposit. So let’s think about it.. the house I’ve applied for may or may not take us as tenants based off of what she said. They are still making a decision. how many times is she going to tell this to a potential landlord ? We have three little kids and are in need of housing, and I think it is evil for someone to lie and defame a person’s character . Let me add I have videos of my final walk though along with text messages from her thanking my husband and I for “being great tenants” In conclusion, BE AWARE IF YOU SEE HER NAME ON ANY RENTAL LISTINGS. MILITARY FOLKS IN CAMPBELL AREA, PLEASE INSPECT THE PROPERTY WITH A FORMAL SHEET AND PHOTOGRAPH EVERYTHING. Respectfully, Brenda Johnson
