My experience with Lyndsi Lee was less than professional. I saw a FSBO (for sale by owner) sign a block away from my house. After returning my call late in the evening she informed me that she was a Realtor but was selling the home not as a Realtor but for her sister. I went and saw the house two days later and was told to text my offer to her. At that time, she told me she did not have any other offers. I texted her our full price offer that day, no contingencies, no home inspection. She texted back that she would do her best and that was it. Literally that was it. I called a couple days later to follow up, I texted, nothing. A week later and still nothing. Come to find out a couple of my neighbors called on the house and she called them back and offered to show them the house. I am a local property manager and often receive multiple applications for one home. It is my job as a professional to call each applicant and let they know if they were approved or not. If a simple text or call is too much to ask after someone makes an offer on a home perhaps, she is in the wrong business. Please do your homework first, after my experience I searched her name and found less than stellar reviews. She now works for Professional Reality Services but used to work for Keller Williams.
