Lynn and Bryan were amazing! My fianc and I just bought our first home through them and they made the process very easy to understand and less intimidating for us first time home buyers! The process went by super quick with 1 day of showings and closing almost a month later (on valentines day!) They helped us answer any questions we had, got the seller to pay closing costs, and made sure the seller made repairs before we moved in. They also helped my older brother and his wife purchase their first home. I strongly recommend Lynn and Bryan to anyone looking for a realtor who they can trust and rely on!

5 stars all the way!!! As out of state buyers from Virginia, we were really nervous about having to make offers on houses without being able to see them in person first. Lynn and Bryan really helped us feel comfortable with the whole process by being able to give us honest and accurate feedback around what the houses looked like, as well as pointing out structural things that we never would have been able to see through a phone. Bryan would even go so far as to go down into the crawl spaces during our Facetime tours! It really helps to have an Agents who actually knows a thing or two about houses and that alone really showed how dedicated they are to helping their clients. They was also knowledgable about the neighborhoods we were looking in--another thing that was really helpful for us since we had never been to South Carolina before. They always had a positive and friendly attitude every time we talked and when we finally found our forever home, they made the closing day really special for us. We would absolutely recommend the Martin's if you are looking to buy or sell. Not only do we feel like we've found a great Agents, but we also now consider them a friend!

Bryan and Lynn were so helpful in my homebuying process. They were very educated on things you do and dont want in a home. These were things I wasnt paying attention to as a first time homebuyer. They also have many contacts that they use which got me connected with a wonderful lender. I was able to use a few different grants to have $0 DOWN and $0 CLOSING COSTS. This was a blessing that could not have been possible without them, in more ways than one. 26 years of experience gave them so much knowledge to get me where I needed to be to purchase my home!

Lynn and Bryan are absolutely worth their weight in GOLD! As a first time homebuyer on a tight budget with lots of questions, they made the process stress free and kept me informed throughout the whole thing (they answered all 10000 of my questions and explained everything in terms Id understand). They were more than willing to work around my crazy work schedule to make sure I got to see all the houses I wanted to see in the Lexington area, and were great about sharing their knowledge and experience when I needed it. Buying your first house is one of the biggest and most intimidating milestones in early adulthood, and Lynn and Bryan helped make it feel manageable and organized (the hardest part was deciding which one you like!). Id ABSOLUTELY recommend them to any friends or family looking for a realtor and will 100% be using them again myself for any future realtor needs.
