We had the pleasure of working with Lynne on the sale of our home in Dunsmuir. We have known Lynne (she lives in the neighborhood) for some time and decided to list our home with her. We agreed on a price and Lynne stated that we would receive multiple offers over asking. Well, six days after listing, with one very busy show house weekend, we had five very good offers, all over asking. One was cash, seven day close, and no contingencies.
