Selling my home in Antioch, California, while living in Oregon was very easy with Lynne Highfill. She was always quick to respond to a text message, an email or a phone call and by quick I mean within an hour or two. Lynne understood the value of our home's location better than website resources, which was a huge help in considering what price to list the property as. During the process, once a buyer was found, she helps negotiate and hold the buyer just as responsible the seller for keeping information flowing between all parties and deadlines met or adjusted as needed. There were some trying times due to the buyer's situation with their loaner and the bank but Lynne kept up communication and frequently tugged out deadlines and actions to take to ensure that my home was not in the limbo of 'pending sale' for an unreasonable amount of time.
