Her extensive construction knowledge proved invaluable, and her immediate response to all communications helped us immensely. When we found the house we wanted to buy, she immediately wrote a contract even though she was out of town, and was able to convince the listing agent to present our offer before others, which was instrumental in the seller accepting our bid. Lynne is ethical, conscientious, knowledgeable, always available, responsive and fun. We could not have asked for more and highly recommend her without any reservation.
