Working with Mac made the entire process so much easier. From the beginning, he offered his knowledge and expertise; he listened to what we wanted and understood our timeline to buy and sell. He was flexible working with our schedule and prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we had. Most importantly, he was patient as we searched (and searched) for a new home-- I am pretty picky & particular!

We were looking for our first home and did not know too much about the home buying process. We were approved for an FHA loan, which made things more complicated. Fortunately, Mac was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the home buying process. He was very patient, especially when we had a ton of questions and concerns. He was a good advocate for us and was very honest and straightforward. We had such a great experience! We have found our go to guy!

I've known Mac now for 6 years now and first time I bought my house he helped and supported me to the end of the deal and after 6 years I decided to buy my second house and he was there as always and kept in touch with us through those years. Finally, sold my first house and he'd been very helpful and yes, very dedicated... Helped fix what needed to be fixed be it the house or an issue or anything between us and the buyer and in the end we've been very happy with his support and great collaboration. Mac Rogers has helped us with the sale of our home in Richmond. Our house had some maintenance issues, mostly cosmetic, but we didnt want to bother with fixing/updating anything as we recently had a baby and have been so busy. Mac was very pro-active about marketing our home despite its condition. We really appreciate the fact that Mac respected our decision to sell the house at its present condition, and not pressure us into updating/fixing for a quick sale.Mac was very respectful of all of our requests (i.e., no yard sign, showing by appointment, etc.) and was always mindful of our family situation. Mac clearly communicated the details of the transaction from the time we listed our property with him, to the time the transaction closed. He kept all parties well informed of developments and negotiated to the mutual benefit of all involved.

Mac highly deserves a 5-star rating. I've bought and sold homes in the past but working with Mac to sell our home in Hayward and simultaneously buy our home in the Peninsula has been the best experience by far. He provides great advice and communicates every step of the way with you. Buying and selling a home can be a stressful endeavor but Mac definitely helped put our mind at ease.

Mac helped us sell our house in Hayward and purchase a new one in South San Francisco. His expertise with homes and neighborhoods was impressive. His experience clearly showed, not just in his knowledge, but also in the relationships he had built with people related to the process - lenders, inspectors, etc. Everyone he referred to us was fantastic. He was extremely patient throughout all our doubts and questions, even taking and returning calls at 9 o'clock at night at times!
