She helped me sell my investment property at the full asking price with least involvement from me. She did everything from necessary staging, showings, presenting the offers to me and helping select the best buyer and made sure we closed in time. She even helped out with termite and other repair items clearances by helping choose the right people to do the necessary job. Madeleine made sure I only spend minimum required with quality job and end up saving as much as possible. I have been told that sometimes realtors force on their own suggestions on to clients. That isn't a case with Madeleine. She makes sure you make your own decisions, but certainly help you out make one by presenting all the best options.
