Ethen is Very hard working with great knowledge of the market and resourceful always available and reliable. As a first time home buyer I was impatient and was ready to give up after looking at a few properties but he urged me to be patient and he keep looking with his help of course till i landed my current home!

Three and a half years ago Shanann helped me, as a buyer who just moved to the area, to find the right house, in the right neighborhood, at the right price. The entire process was smooth and efficient, especially with the seller being a "for sale by owner". Fast forward to now and Shanann was on the opposite end as my selling agent. With COVID-19 quickly closing everything down we were on market the day before shutdown with three potential buyers able to walk and view the property! This was key in getting the house an offer three days later, after only 3 days on the market. I expected the sale to go as smoothly as the purchase did and I was not disappointed as Shanann tirelessly kept everything on track and me well informed with pretty much daily updates. I would recommend Shanann to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is a pure professional with excellent communication, which for me was priceless.

I simply cannot say enough about Shanann Bragg, both as a realtor and as a human being. In a day and age when everything seems to be about the *transaction,* Shanann makes the whole process of buying/selling about the *relationship.* I know that sounds corny, but no truer words have been spoken. From the very first time we spoke on the phone to the last time we met up on the 10 acre hill I purchased through her, Shanann has been nothing but grace and professionalism. She consistently went over and above what she needed to do, from doing several rounds of comps to contacting FSBOs who seemed impossible to get ahold of, to multiple trips up to our site to supervise two separate water-witchings to multiple phone calls to take us through every step of the process and every development... honestly, I can say that, through all of this, she and I became friends. I'm sure I'm not the first to say this. Needless to say, she more than earned her commission. If you're looking for a home or looking for land, no one will work harder for you than Shanann will. In the end, if you're looking for the consummate professional who not only takes her job seriously, but more importantly, takes you and your needs and wants seriously as a client, then look no further than Shanann Bragg. Steve understood exactly what we wanted and when we needed it. He made it happen. Got the house closed in a perfectly timely manner. Showed us the house in a snow storm.

Lisa did an exemplary job on finding us a house. We moved from out of town which presented its' own challenges and she was able to steer us in the right direction in terms of where to begin. She consistently responded promptly and researched anything we had questions about. Lisa continued to hone in on what we were looking for and continued to provide us with possibilities. When we finally found the home for us, she was constantly checking that all the people involved were doing what they could to move the sale along as fast as possible which was amazing since it was during the holidays in December! We highly recommend Lisa Peters as your realtor!

Steve helped me buy my first house, sell it and now buy our new home. We could not have been happier with anyone else. Sarah was so perfect for us. My husband is in the military and we don’t live in Spokane currently but that didn’t stop us from finding our forever home because of Sarah! She was so quick to see the houses we wanted and worked with my family in Spokane to see the houses with her. She videoed or FaceTimed with us so we could see the houses. She knew her stuff when it came to putting in offers and even though we lost a few houses by getting beat out by ridiculously high offers or other dumb reasons; she tried her absolute best and kept working hard.
