Malakai Sparks

I wanted to move from Lakewood to Huntington Beach. I had no idea where to start, so I went to google and started googling Huntington Beach realtors, real estate agents etc… I came across The Malakai Sparks Groups website and was very impressed with what I found. After searching their site (which is gorgeous) to find out more about them, also looking them up on yelp, I gave them a call. Malakai picked up and we had a great conversation. He said he could help and told me his brother (Klark, who is the buying specialist for them) would be calling me shortly. Klark called me 5 minutes after I got off the phone with Malakai! I was so impressed with how “on it” they were. Klark and I had a great conversation about what I was looking for. He listened to me for quite some time then gave me some of his suggestions of what he thought might work. I never once felt pushed, but helped. He gave me a contact to a great mortgage broker to help secure a loan. After that we started shopping! He found me an awesome place that I absolutely love. The whole process was so enjoyable. If I could give them 10 stars I would, that’s how impressed I was with them. These brothers are hands down the best. You have to use them if you are think-ing of buying or selling any real estate in Huntington Beach or any areas they work in. Cheers Malakai!

My wife was very eager to sell our home and find a bigger one for our growing family. Of course, I was a little scared because I didn't know what our budget was going to be and where to even start. I started looking online for realtors to help us with this transition. We came to know about The Malakai Sparks Group through Yelp. After reading some of the reviews I thought I'd give Malakai a call to see if he could help me and my family. He came over and blew us away with his presentation. I canceled all the other appointments I had with other realtors. His 5 step pre-listing plan made me feel so confident in making sure the house was ready before the sale. He is so detailed and the listing plan covers everything: it made us feel really comfortable and confident. After going on the market our home sold right away; however, Malakai negotiated that we didn't have to move or leave our home until we found a new one! It took us 8 weeks to find a home we fell in love with. Malakai didn't pressure us one single bit, even though I knew the buyers buying our home were getting restless and calling Malakai every day. It never showed! He is a true professional in every sense of the word. I highly recommend Malakai to everyone selling a Huntington Beach home. He's truly the best real estate agent out there! I contacted Malakai because I was moving to Orange County from out of state. I saw all the positive reviews and thought to give him a call. I am so glad I did. He is by far the best Real Estate professional I have ever dealt with. He is knowledgeable about all the areas and gave me great advice about communities we visited and what the surrounding area were like. He is super down to earth and not pushy. That was something I really appreciated. We saw a number of homes before I finally found “the one”. I was pre-approved through my bank for a loan but Malakai recommended a local lender who he thought might be able to get me a better deal on my loan. He did! I was saving money each month and we closed early because of the lender. Malakai is truly a one-stop-shop and anyone who is thinking about buying or selling a home I highly recommend. He is a professional at the highest level and just a quality person.

Malakai was referred to me through a friend. From the start he was easy to get along with and down to earth yet professional. I was nervous like any first home buyer would be putting all your life savings into one mans hands but not only did he take good care of it but he protected it. These guys are THE BEST in the business. I've bought and sold homes before and always wondered why agents make the commission they do. I've left every real estate transaction underwhelmed and assumed that was just how this industry worked. Until this team. They weren't just "nice" people that helped me, they transcended the traditional role of a real estate agent and operated in a totally different way. They took personal responsibility for just about everything. I was moving from NYC back home to the OC and their attention to detail and follow through was exactly the support I needed. I think they actually cared more about me getting the house I wanted than I did! As a gift, they gave me a big blue Tiffany box filled with crystal wine glasses and a fabulous bottle of wine to go with them. Yeah, I think I'm in love.

I've dealt with many real estate agents in the past and I think what separates him from the other guys he seems to understand the business & economics of the housing market to help make the right decision. He definitely stands out from the rest.
