We met Michael online when my husband and I decided to relocate from MD to AZ. He was in regular contact as we went through the process of selling our house and making the move across the US. This took longer than expected - over 1 1/2 years to sell. When we finally got to AZ Michael and Mallerie showed us multiple residences, and one of them was the perfect house for us. Michael and Mallerie did everything possible to make the purchase as stress free as possible. They knew every step we needed to take and had answers to all our questions. They didn't mind helping us with things that had nothing to do with buying a house. (When you're seniors and new in town this is extremely important.) From our first email until the moment they gave us the keys to our new home they were always friendly and responsive . Not only are they extremely professional and knowledgeable, they're also very nice. I only wish I could give them more than five stars.

Michael and Mallerie were amazing to work with. They are a great team who truly enjoy helping find good homes for families. Extremely responsive and move quickly which is essential in this aggressive market. Their experience and knowledge helped us view a house at 4pm that came on at noon the same day. We had an offer submitted by 5pm and were under contract by 8:30 pm that same night. This is with a higher offer following ours and 11 confirmed showings for the next day which displays their excellent abilities. Much to our surprise once again going above and beyond they re-acquired a special piece of furniture loved by my wife to use in our new home. They truly care about their clients and make it a point to get to know them and understand their needs and wants. The best agents I have worked with and I highly recommend them to anyone serious about getting a home or selling for that matter.
