I usually dont write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one because of how great my house searching experience was. The Rieder team did an amazing job finding me my new place I didn't think was possible. Throughout the entire process, Mance and Dennis was very responsive and available every time I had concerns.

The Rieder team comes out swinging and delivers results. I was hesitant at first when I first got a cold call on 2/1 from Anthony (Tony), because I knew a couple realtors already, but Tony was easy to talk to, offered tips and a refresher in buying a home, especially in the current competitive environment. I didn't feel pressured at all.I came in and met Dennis and the Rieder team on 2/4, we got talking a little bit on my goals and assets, and he presented me a gameplan to make it happen. It was only a short meeting, but I was convinced this was the team to go with. We both shared the strategy of moving quick and being aggressive.We looked at about 12-15 homes the next few weeks, and Dennis, Tony and Becca worked together to get me in every home I wanted to look at almost always in less than 24 hours notice. Also during this time they were accommodating as I was also planning my wedding and working days, so we looked at home rather late evening. After looking at several homes, we had to change strategies a bit as I realized the homes I wanted were just a bit out of range so I then agreed to sell my condo. They had a buyer already lined up, and were able to get me in Escrow to make my offer a competitive one. Well I found a home on 3/5. Made an offer and it got accepted 3/10 (2 days before my wedding). This was my first and only offer of all the homes we looked at and it got accepted with Dennis' help. I literally found, sold my home and bought my new home in 2 months!Well as I write this review, I'm closing the sale of escrow of my condo on 4/4 and scheduled to close Escrow on my new home tomorrow 4/5. This team rocks and delivers! Dennis is a also a fellow Marine and knows how to accomplish the mission and take care of his troops. I highly recommend the Rieder Team.
