Marc Wozny is amazing. From the time of signing contract to list til closing in 120 days. He immediately listed my property with a virtual 3D tour with Aerial Drone photography for the web listing. I was able to get up to date information on how many people were looking at my property. After a showing he would send me feedback on the showing and made suggestions to help sell the property. He is exceptional person caring about each person he works with. I am recommending him because he has the integrity, intelligence, and fortitude to work with people.

Mark is an extraordinary Realtor and human being. For reasons that follow: Returns telephone calls promptly and continually keeps his clients informed of all developments He takes great care to determine his clients needs, wants desires and won't let you "settle" if alternatives are still available. He is very attuned to the Market and will give you realistic assessments based on his vast knowledge and experience of the area. If your house needs improvements to enhance it's sale ability, he has been known to pound hammers and and mop floors. He will treat you as a friend with respect, kindness and courtesy. Richard and I have had the pleasure of dealing with Mark through four transactions; two sales and two buys. We couldn't be more satis- fied. We consider him a friend and highly recommend him!

Marc is the best realtor we have ever dealt with. He took us to over 50 houses, and always had a smile every time we met him. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Marc is amazing. If I could give more than a 5 star rating I would, especially on Negotiation Skills. We spend an entire day looking at houses. We never felt rushed at any of the locations, even though we were on a tight schedule. Marc took the time to look over everything. It was obvious that he knows his stuff. Some buyers want to do it their way, some sellers want to do it their way, but we trusted in the "Wozy Way" and it worked!

Marc was absolutely amazing! He treated us like his own family and worked non-stop to get us into the home of our dreams. My wife and I had just had our new born baby when Marc found us the perfect house, exhausted and overwhelmed Marc took control and got us everything we wanted. Marc even watched out little one while we looked around the house! He set everything up from start to finish and all we had to do was sign on the dotted line!
