I have worked successfully with foreclosures and short sales for several years and often list foreclosure properties for various banks. I have specialized training in these types of properties and really enjoy working on them.
What can I say about short sales—they are long, involved, and oftentimes difficult and frustrating. However, I am happy to say that I have been very successful in negotiating short sales with banks.
