Marcia Hernick

Marcia is the type of agent that just lists your property and prays it sells on it's own. On multiple occasions we had to contact her to get information about what the potential buyers thought during the showings and open houses We had such a horrible experience with her and would highly recommend you do not use her as a realtor. She took various vacations with little to no notice to her clients, as well as canceled an open house two days before it was supposed to happen even though it was scheduled weeks in advance. She is rude and not accommodating to work with. She also would not listen to us about the type of house we wanted to buy and would send us houses that we were not interested in.
