I have been a REALTOR since 1988 with 27 years experience in residential and land transactions. For the past 6 years, I have specialized in distressed properties (REO & Short Sales) for Carrington; Nationstar/Solutionstar; Bank of America; Ocwen/Altisource; Wells Fargo; Res-net and am a vendor for Realtrans. I joined the Carrington Real Estate team in 2010 where I continue to help buyers and sellers complete successful real estate transactions and help them navigate thru the challenging process. Work closely as a liaison with asset manager, lenders, escrow, field preservation and eviction specialists throughout the life of the transaction ("am the eyes and ears for client, problem solver"). Manage properties on a weekly basis, perform BPO's, Market Analysis, CFK's, re-keying, utilities, and property maintenance with field preservations companies. Also have property management responsibilities for 13 rental properties. My service areas include El Dorado County, Sacramento, Amador and Placer counties.
