      Without hesitation, I would recommend Marco to anyone interested in listing their home for sale in San Francisco. He lives in the city and knows the neighborhoods well. At our first meeting in a short period of time, he presented us with a binder of comps and gave us a calendar of processes based on our timeline to sell.
