I highly value Mr. Martin. His knowledge of the housing process from beginning to end . From different types of homes and properties on the market, why the differences in the price ranges, the closing processes (what I would pay if anything or the seller paid). Giving me the time and patience I needed to find the house comfortable for me. The professionalism and knowledge is most commendable and I would recommend him to anyone that may even suggest they are interested in the housing market. He drove me to every home I was interested in viewing because I have never driven in my life.
