Maredi Arteaga

I cant say enough positive things about Ms. Arteaga. Since the moment we started to work with her, Maredi has been extremely nice, engaging and resourceful. Excellent listener, she guided us through the process of selling our house honestly and directing us towards the most realistic and effective way to achieve our goal.

I have purchased two properties so far with Maredi and Im starting to wonder if shes a robot because she is always working, always available, even responds while on vacation, at night, on weekends, etc. She has gone way beyond just helping me buy a property. She walked me through the leasing process, helped me pick a great tenant, and gave invaluable advice that no doubt will save me money and hassle in the long run. Her knowledge about her territory is unmatched. She knew extensive details about buildings, associations, why certain buildings were good investments and which to steer clear of. Shes also very kind and personable. I consider her a partner in my real estate business which says a lot since it takes very high standards of excellence to earn that trust with me. Shes at the top of her game.

One of the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is amazing, told her what my needed were and she did not stop looking till she found the right home for me and my family. Not enough stars to rate how good she is.
